Inline PTFE/PFA Heater CSFH
The CSFH series PTFE heater is an inline heater, with the part that comes into contact with the heated liquid made of high-purity PTFE (compliant with ROHS2 certification, with FDA certified material options available, and also semiconductor-grade PFA material can be used upon request), meeting high purity requirements.
The power of the CSFH series PTFE heater ranges from 6kw to 18kw, and there are different voltage options and certified versions to choose from. The CSFH series has CE certification, and some models have ETL cerification that meets UL standards.
The CSFH series PTFE heater has a lot of temperature sensor built-in, such as outlet temperature sensor, internal chamber media temperature sensor, heating element temperature sensor, TCO over-temperature protection switch, ensuring high safety.
Within a volume of Φ160*1100 mm, it can accommodate a maximum heating power of 18kw.
The CSFH series PTFE heater can be used for heating DI water (deionized water, pure water), as well as most corrosive chemicals such as strong acids and alkalis.
The CSFH series PTFE heater can directly replace the TIH series heater without any modifications to the equipment.
